Using Daily Pictures

Daily Pictures is a web application for creators to prepare, review, organize, schedule, and publish visual content to their connected TikTok accounts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to use the service and comply with applicable TikTok requirements.

Creator accounts

Keep your account password confidential and provide accurate account information. Your workspace is for your own authorized activity. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. We may suspend access for security incidents, misuse, or legal reasons. You may delete your account through the authenticated account settings after the confirmation steps.

Your content and rights

You retain rights to content you own. You grant Daily Pictures only the permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit your content to operate the features you choose. You are responsible for obtaining rights to uploaded, generated, and published material and for checking images, captions, hashtags, claims, disclosures, and platform compliance before approval.

AI-generated content

Generated imagery may contain errors or rights issues. Review it before use and set the AI-generated content option when applicable. You are responsible for the prompts and outputs sent through any AI provider or external workflow you configure. Daily Pictures does not guarantee generated content is unique or suitable for publication.

TikTok connection and publishing

Connecting TikTok is optional and uses TikTok authorization. Daily Pictures queries available creator posting options and requires you to review and explicitly approve the exact photos and metadata before publishing. Approved scheduled posts may be sent later at the selected time without another prompt unless an edit revokes approval. You control the account, privacy choice, interaction settings, and disclosures. Disconnecting removes the local authorization; published posts remain on TikTok until you manage them there.

TikTok is a separate service with its own terms, policies, account restrictions, API limits, and availability. Daily Pictures is independent and is not endorsed by TikTok. During unaudited Sandbox operation, TikTok limits Direct Posts to private viewing and may require a private target account.

Scheduling and availability

We aim to send approved scheduled posts at or soon after the selected time, but server, network, TikTok, rate-limit, or account failures may delay or prevent delivery. The studio reports available delivery status and errors. Do not rely on scheduling for time-critical obligations without checking the result. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance or security.

Acceptable use

Do not upload or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; violate another person’s rights; bypass TikTok restrictions; attack the service; or use another creator’s workspace or TikTok connection without authorization. We may remove access or content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal obligations.

Disclaimer and liability

Daily Pictures is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular publishing result, or continued access to third-party APIs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
