Who operates Daily Pictures

Daily Pictures is a creator content application operated by Nikola Postolov. This policy covers its public pages and creator workspaces. Contact details appear below.

Account and technical data

When you create a creator account, we store your email address, a password hash, workspace name, account status, and creation and update times. We use an expiring, revocable server-side session identified by a secure browser cookie. We do not store your plaintext password.

Operational and security logs may include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and safe error details. We use these to run the service, investigate failures, and prevent misuse.

TikTok connection data

If you connect TikTok, TikTok sends an account identifier, granted scopes, access and refresh tokens, and expiry information. We also store the creator username, display name, available privacy settings, and verification times returned for posting. Tokens are encrypted on the server and assigned to your workspace. They are used to maintain your connection, check creator posting settings, deliver posts you explicitly approve, and check publishing status.

You can disconnect TikTok in Daily Pictures. This deletes the local connection and attempts token revocation. You can also revoke access in your TikTok account settings. Content already published to TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own controls and policies.

Content and generation data

Your workspace stores drafts, uploaded or generated images, titles, descriptions, hashtags, categories, themes, generation prompts and job metadata, AI disclosure, publishing choices, schedules, delivery status, and related audit events. Public image URLs use unpredictable identifiers because TikTok must fetch approved photos. Anyone with one of those URLs can retrieve that image while it is retained.

If you use an external generation workflow such as n8n, its configured AI provider processes the prompts and images needed for generation. You control which provider credentials and workflow you use. Daily Pictures itself does not request extra TikTok analytics permissions.

Why and with whom data is used

We process data to provide accounts, content preparation, scheduling, creator-authorized TikTok posting, support, and service security. TikTok receives the photos and metadata you approve for publication. Hosting, network, and configured generation providers may process data needed to deliver the service. We do not sell creator data or share it with advertisers. Daily Pictures is not endorsed by TikTok.

Retention and deletion

Drafts and pending media remain until you delete them or your account. Published media is eligible for local cleanup after the configured retention period, currently 30 days, while post history may remain in your workspace. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and service operation.

The authenticated Delete Daily Pictures account action requires your password and a typed confirmation. It first stops future scheduled posts, then removes the workspace, local tokens, content records, and media. Deletion waits if a TikTok delivery is active or uncertain. Restricted disaster-recovery backups are eligible for cleanup after 30 days; already published TikTok content must be managed in TikTok.

Your choices and rights

You decide what to upload, whether to connect TikTok, which privacy and interaction settings to select, and whether to approve a post. You can disconnect TikTok separately from deleting your Daily Pictures account. Contact us to request access or correction, report a privacy concern, or ask about data that remains after deletion. Rights depend on applicable law.

Security and changes

We use password hashing, encrypted TikTok token storage, workspace access checks, and protected sessions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version and update date are shown here.
