Problem
The logistics workflow had outgrown the way it was being managed. Documents, activity history and operational details lived in too many places, and the interface that tied them together had become harder to use for the people doing the work every day.
The team didn't need more features — they needed the existing information pulled together into something focused, with the technical noise stripped out so daily tasks were faster to complete.
What I built
A modern, admin-style operations dashboard built around the real daily tasks rather than the underlying data model. The work concentrated on usability: clearer structure, calmer screens and fewer steps between a question and an answer.

Tech & tools
Built on a pragmatic PHP and MySQL stack with a JavaScript and TailwindCSS front-end, version-controlled with Git and deployed to a VPS. The stack was chosen for stability and ease of maintenance — boring, proven tools that keep an internal operations tool dependable.
Result
Scattered documents and activity history now live inside one focused admin workflow, so daily logistics work happens in a single tool instead of across disconnected screens. The interface was cleaned up, unnecessary technical detail was removed, and the whole experience was re-centred on the tasks the team actually performs — making it more organized and more practical to run operations day to day.
